On the nine floor, the stately boardroom features natural walnut panelling, and intricately sculpted flowers medallions on the ceiling.

Above the Formosa marble fireplace hangs a portrait of Sir Edmund Boyd Osler, who was elected as the Dominion Bank's third president in 1901. Regarded as the driving force behind the construction of the King and Yong street building, he remained president until his death in 1924.
